The Kill Pile

Where all the food for the felines is at. Most come here to eat and have simple chat.

I sat on a lardge mat while Asher grabbed us a elk, fresh from the fire.

Asher and i ate and talked, a few warriors coming up to me with questions, quickly answered and sent off.

I was out with Holt, to busy trying to keep the quickly growing young warrior in tow to even think about Kasa or anything else.

I saw Gav trying to manage Holt.
"Having fun?" i called over to her, laughing.

"Perfect!" I laughed, moving Holt away from something.

I smirked at her.
"He seems like more of a handfull then even Gail" Asher laughed.

"I think he's worse then Gail and Kasa combined." I joked, carrying Holt over to Clov and Asher.

"Just wait till he can run off on adventure with them" i laughed.

"Try not to give me a heart attack just yet." I sighed.

"Sorry" i half laughed.
"Has he started to try and speak yet?" Asher asked, curious. He loved kids.

I laughed, it amazed me to no end Asher's love for kids.
"Trying, he hasnt said anything just yet."

"The tec that just had kits came up with some stuff that helps them be able to talk faster" he offered, even though he really prefered natural teaching better.

"Ah...no. Im not using anything on my kit."

Asher shrugged.
"Can he eat meat yet?" i asked this time.

"Yeah, he's on meat. Although he seems more intrested in grass right now." I laughed, watching him mess with a flower.

"Maybe he'll have plants on his side" i pointed out, smiling.

"Or samuri skills. Now thats something i cant think of."

"You never know" i smiled as Asher said it. It was true. I leaned back a bit, leaning on my arms behind me so i could look at the sky. It was dark grey clouds, promising rain any minute

Holt started to cry and throw a fit. "Thats my cue for a nap." I said, picking him up.

"Good luck" Asher and i said, smiling.

"Wait for it..." I muttered, Holt falling asleep. "There." I laughed quietly.

"Might want to take him into a room soon. The thunder could wake him up." I pointed out, hearing very soft thunder, knowing the storm was moving fast, so it would soon get louder.

I nodded and took him to his crib.

right as she entered the building, thunder boomed loudly.
"And cue rain. . . . now" i laughed as the rain fell as i predicted.
